Budapest’s nightlife has no definite district for entertainment, as the assorted nightlife is spread throughout the city; you can choose from pubs, jazz bars, dance clubs, cocktail bars or casinos. The new upsurge of entertainment is characterized by the ‘Ruin Pubs’. If you’re a night owl who’s planning to stay out late, it’s important to live close to the city center, because nobody likes to spend a long time travelling back to the hotel once the party’s over. It is reflected in leisure time statistics and the number and frequency of visits to cultural institutions. You might notice music from early music to progressive electronica and everything in between filtering through windows, being played in the street and filling up arenas.
Located close to the Oktogon, to the right of the main entrance of the Paris department store, built back in 1885, is a more modest PDS Offices gate, including U stream logo. It is renowned as one the hottest rooftop bars in the city. Trendy locals peppered with tourists nibble on sliders and sip cocktails here, perched atop one of the tallest buildings along Andrássy Avenue, also known as Budapest’s Champs-Élysées. A Hungarian group in charge for 360 Bar had their stroke of genius by the river Thames in London. After glimpsing the idea of a rooftop bar, they decided to bring it home to Hungary.
What makes it famous?
You can climb above Corvinteto. The 360 Bar is such a top restaurant in Budapest, like the television tower in Pécs , the water tower in Siófok , and all of them are epic because they can be viewed from far and wide. Here it is great to be able to do this under the open sky – just keeps the wind blowing – and they can even have a light dinner as well as premium wines. Romantic, festive indeed. Nip over to the 360 Bar and enjoy a cocktail on the rooftop whilst watching 360 degree views over the well-lit city. If ever you are in Budapest, do drop in to the 360 for a unique experience. It is one of the top ruin bars in Budapest featuring funky decor with good vibes and decent prices, well worth the visit.
The venue itself comprises a large top floor bar/ restaurant, a mezzanine area overlooking the well below with its giant chandelier drop. Under that there is the original basement presenting a number of private alcoves forged into the open stonework, and an exit onto the modern piazza on the lower level.

The interior:
The surrounding roofs are interesting in themselves. A variety of solutions, gourmets and practices, gangs and boulevards, as well as the classic sights of Budapest, the Basilica, the Synagogue, the Citadel, the Parliament, the Statue of Liberty, the Fisherman’s Bastion, the Buda Castle and the Ferris Wheel. In its own way, the design is also impressive, a bit eclectic, with large glass trays, rust-colored and reinforced concrete structures, pallets around, a bunch of plants in flower boxes made of military belongings, and seat cushions made of wood, a few taller bar stools, and several folding pieces, among the metallic sparkling chimneys colored rows of burners. The rooftop of 360 Bar is deliberated to uphold stereo system imaging of the music for all of the diners as they revolve around the restaurant’s matrix to accompany the amazing views of the city with unique taste of music.
After sunset you’ll witness how they turn on the lovely light garlands, and live music or a DJ set entertain crowds. There is no specific dress code to follow up, as 360 Bar promotes a free, urban spirit of living. We recommend keeping an eye on 360 Bar, as they often hold various kinds of exciting programs above Budapest.

The mood gives it a variety of cocktails, but what can you eat here? In addition to salads and sandwiches, the menu offers a bistro-style offer: one of soup, dessert, and some seasonal main courses, and still relative to Andrassy Avenue, the goods are acceptable.
