- Private airport transfer services in Budapest and surrounding areas
- Transportation-related services connected to tourism
- Informational blog content about Budapest, travel tips, and local attractions
The Website may be used for commercial purposes related to booking and purchasing the services offered by JustBudapest.
4. Booking and Contract Formation
A booking can be made through the Website, by email, or by other electronic communication channels provided by JustBudapest.
No advance payment or deposit is required to make a booking, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by JustBudapest via email or other electronic confirmation.
By confirming a booking, a service contract is formed between the Customer and JustBudapest Kft.
5. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service start time may result in the full service fee being charged.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested as early as possible.
6. Service Performance and Waiting Time
The service fee includes a reasonable waiting time at the pickup location, the duration of which may depend on the type of transfer (airport pickup, city transfer, etc.).
In the case of flight delays, Customers are required to inform JustBudapest as soon as possible. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate delays.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are indicative and may be subject to confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted in euros or Hungarian forints and include applicable taxes.
Payment methods and payment timing will be communicated during the booking process.
8. Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal
If the Customer qualifies as a consumer under EU and Hungarian law, statutory consumer protection rights apply.
The right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to passenger transport services provided for a specific date or time.
9. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking
- Behave in a lawful and respectful manner during the service
- Refrain from damaging vehicles or endangering drivers or other passengers
JustBudapest reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in case of serious misconduct.
10. Liability and Insurance
JustBudapest operates vehicles that are covered by mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with Hungarian law.
JustBudapest shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic conditions, accidents, weather, or force majeure events.
The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in the vehicle.
11. Blog Content and Intellectual Property
All content published on the Website, including blog articles, text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of JustBudapest or its licensors.
Users may read, share, and reference blog content for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given.
Unauthorized commercial use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.
