Visiting Aquaworld Budapest
Fifteen of Aquaworld’s seventeen pools are open all year round. One large indoor pool is connected to a heated outdoor pool which is open all through the year. You get a real seaside holiday experience when you splash about in the wave pool and you can do real surfing – on special indoor surf boards – in the surf pool, which is big enough for competitions. If you want some challenging exercise, head for the 25m swimming pool with a 3m diving tower. You can also visit the indoor adventure pool which features eleven slides that are about 1km in length. For a nerve-wracking experience, you can climb up 17m for a ride on the highest slide. The park also has a water slide that can take three people side by side, and there is also an onion slide. For even more excitement, you can explore the 180m-long mountain river surrounded by steep rocks.
Kids’ World
Kids’ World occupies a whole wing and is packed with all sorts of attractions. It has its own changing room and features slides, pools and playhouses. The highlight of kids’ world is the indoor children’s pool, of various depths and special slides that children love.
